A 4-week private writing programme

A structured 1:1 space for people who think a lot but don’t always have room to express it.

Through guided writing and reflection, we slow down, organise what feels messy, and learn to understand your patterns.

Who This Is For

  • You replay conversations in your head

  • You feel affected by things but struggle to sort your thoughts

  • You want space to think properly, not just react

  • You want to understand yourself more clearly

No writing experience is needed.

What We’ll Do

Week 1 – Express clearly
Learn how to write what’s on your mind without overthinking.

Week 2 – Write what’s hard to say
Approach thoughts and feelings that feel difficult to put into words.

Week 3 – Explore what affects you
Understand what situations impact you and why.

Week 4 – Understand your patterns
Rewind the tape. See what keeps repeating. Learn how you tend to respond.

Each session includes guided writing, reflective conversation, and simple homework between sessions.

Structure

  • 4 private sessions (60–75 minutes)

  • Weekly

  • Complete within 6 weeks

  • One reschedule allowed (with 24-hour notice)

  • Programme fee: RM620

  • 2 instalments available (RM310 x 2)

This is structured weekly space. It is not crisis support or on-demand coaching.
